At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original packaging, ensuring all components, hardware, and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
